Program for April 5

Topic: “Modeling and Evaluating Apartment Purchases”. We’ll be on Zoom, so even if you’re at the beach, you can join in! We’re going to review a basic multi-family deal.  We’ll discuss the critical metrics and assumptions that go into the evaluation.  It should be a very small meeting due to Spring Break, so come ask your questions.

Next month on May 3, we’re going to pick up the pace.  Tony Morgan will be our speaker, in-person and on Zoom.  Tony has tons of multi-family experience.  He’s going to kick off our series looking into the multi-family housing opportunities with an overview.

Rick Baggenstoss, Subgroup Leader
