About the Speaker

Tony Youngs

Tony Youngs has been a full time real estate investor for 32 years. He bought a home study system at a seminar in 1986 and actually applied it. Within his first 3 weeks, he stumbled across a foreclosure that was desperately in need of repair. He bought the property with OPM,  renovated it, and 88 days later received a check for $27,566, 83. That check was equal to a year’s wages at his job as an Aircraft Mechanic, a career he gave up after five rapid real estate deals.

Due to his rapid success, large real estate companies hired Tony to train their students and employees by taking them out in the markets of their own cities. Tony has literally taken students by the hand and knocked on doors of distressed Hidden Market properties in all 50 states.

Tony still goes out and acquires distressed properties every week, rehabs them if they have 50 to 100k profit potential, and wholesales the rest to other investors.

Tony advocates: “If you’re not making offers, you’re not making money”
