Keynote Speakers, Bill and Kim Cook

This meeting is about networking with fellow investors and aspiring investors from all over the greater Atlanta area and learning how to thrive in an uncertain market.

We’re dedicating some time at the beginning of the meeting to networking.  

• Do you have questions about being a better landlord?

• How to get your first deal funded?

• Want to find someone to partner with on a rehab?

• Want to learn how to put your money to work as a lender?

These are the types of discussions we’re going to have during the networking sessions.  We’re going to share and learn from each other.  Hopefully, you’ll make some connections.

After networking and some updates from GaREIA’s Board of Directors, we’ll enjoy hearing from Bill and Kim Cook – two of Greater Atlanta’s most famous real estate investors.  They’ve seen every kind of market and do well regardless of interest rates, inflation, cash constraints, competition, or any other barrier to doing deals.  

Their core belief is that real estate investing is not about buying, selling, or renting houses. It’s about helping people solve their real estate problems!  Problem solving requires creativity. With more than 32-years deal making experience, Bill is one of the most imaginative, creative deal structurers in the country.

After the meeting, we’ll have more networking.  Please plan to head to a nearby restaurant afterwards for dinner/drinks with fellow investors.
