This month we are visiting a GaREIA member’s property in Belvedere. It’s come off rental and now it’s time to decide what to do with it. Selling as-is is a possibility. We will evaluate the work that needs to be done to rehab for flip or as a rental.
The address is 3403 Beech Dr, Decatur GA 30032. We will meet there at 11:00 am on Tuesday, 1/25/22.
The Intown Rehabbers Subgroup meets on the 4th Tuesday of every month on location at a property rehab. Network with other investors and learn rehabbing techniques.
We will be wearing face masks and social distancing.
