Program for March 22

We are visiting a GaREIA member’s property this month. It’s a 5/3 that backs up to the Beltline in Capitol View.

In today’s economy, you’ve got to create your own deals. Come see how you can take a house on the Beltline from an overpriced No-deal to a “free” house with infinite returns.  I’ve built out the attic and finished the basement for an extra apartment.  For a lunch suggestion, we could go to Rodney Scott’s BBQ or Slim & Husky’s Pizza. Both are right up the street on Metropolitan.
