Join us on Saturday December 11 for two events:  Northside Rehabbers Subgroup will meet at 10 am at a GaREIA member’s rehab near the Austell Square. Derek will show us his large-scale renovation of a large Victorian home at 5885 Mulberry Street in downtown Austell.

Then at 11 am Cobb / West Georgia Subgroup will meet a few blocks away, on the back deck of the South Cobb Diner on the Austell Square.  Our Speaker is Darrell Weaver, the Economic Development Director for the City of Austell.  More info / register here.

Join us out in the field for our next Northside Rehabbers meeting!  We visit an investor’s rehab who explains the situation with the property and the rehab that is just beginning, in process, or just completed.  This is a great chance to network with other investors and meet rehabbers!
