Investor Education Subgroups
Special interest walk-in Education Subgroups, which relate to specific topics or types of real estate investing including: new investors, wholesaling, women investors, creative finance, landlord, commercial, REI strategies, and CashFlow Game are available. These groups are free to members; Guests can attend one time free; subsequent visits require $25 guest fee. Members and guests can attend regional groups free of charge including: Northside Rehabbers, and Intown Rehabbers groups. Education Subgroups give you the opportunity to network with experienced and novice investors to share knowledge, discuss problems, stay motivated, and relate experiences.
Online Discussion Groups
Online google groups are available for members including New Investors and Dealmakers to give you the opportunity to network with other investors, share opportunities, and ask questions.
As a service to our members, GaREIA provides working space for members to use for business appointments at GaREIA Headquarters. NOTE: The Headquarters is not open to members due to the pandemic.
Quartely General Meetings
GaREIA’s Quarterly General Meetings are held on the second Monday the month. Members are required to present their membership card. You are welcome to attend monthly meetings as a non-member guest for a nominal fee. Members and guests are invited to attend the exhibits by Business Associates beginning at 5:30 pm. Our Education portion of the meeting includes expert panels and national and local guest speakers. The real estate marketing session is open to members only and is available for properties personally owned or controlled by the individual. The General Meetings are currently being held at Roam Dunwoody, 1155 Mt Vernon Hwy NE, Ste 800 (2nd Floor), Atlanta, GA 30338.

GaREIA has many Business Associate members who offer a wide variety of products and services that meet the investors' needs. The directory available online includes a description of services and contact information.

Volunteers, a valuable resource for GaREIA, are GaREIA members who are utilized at General Meetings, Education Subgroups meetings, seminars, office support, and serving on Board committees.
